I had requested a substitute within the four pack of oyster mushroom liquid cultures, the seller agreed immediately and without hassle. The cultures have been robust so far, grown on oats grain. The only one showing a little slower growth was the Italian oyster. It was fun to see the pink oysters develop in the jars. In the picture, goldens in left column, Italians on top row, blue in middle row, pink on bottom row.
